At OSLO STUDIOS, Renée Wawer is responsible for planning and implementing a wide range of event formats in the modular location. These include aperitifs and flying cocktails, conferences and keynotes as well as concerts and celebrations with up to 300 guests. Her focus is always on the client’s objectives. She accompanies events from the initial idea through detailed planning to implementation and ensures that the content, schedule and atmosphere work together harmoniously.
Her work includes the organization of corporate events, Christmas parties, weddings and team events in the OSLO premises as well as the close coordination with catering partners, technology and backstage areas. With her training, she brings in sound know-how in event management and administration. In collaborations such as the Hedera Helix Night of Fashion, she demonstrates her strength in implementing creative concepts close to the customer, networking different players and shaping events with professional, positive energy. In this way, she complements the creative productions at OSLO STUDIOS with reliable, service-oriented event organization and turns customer visions into convincing realities.
