1. scope of application of the General Terms and Conditions

1.1 OSLO STUDIOS AG as provider / organizer

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the customer and OSLO STUDIOS AG (with registered office in 4142 Münchenstein, Oslo-Strasse 2) regarding services for which OSLO STUDIOS AG acts as provider / organizer. These General Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the customer at the time of ordering.

1.2 OSLO STUDIOS AG as an agent for third-party services

If OSLO STUDIOS AG arranges services of third parties, the contract is concluded between the respective third party and the customer. The fact that the contractual relationship in this case exists between the third party and the customer shall not be affected by any handling of the order process by OSLO STUDIOS AG. In any case, the General Terms and Conditions of the respective service provider, which is expressly mentioned in the offers, shall apply.

OSLO STUDIOS AG operates the website www.oslostudios.ch and offers its own services on this site.

2.2 Exclusion of warranty and liability

OSLO STUDIOS AG takes every care to ensure the reliability of the information published on its website. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information. Furthermore, OSLO STUDIOS AG cannot accept any responsibility for the uninterrupted functioning of the website or for the freedom of the server from harmful components. Any liability of OSLO STUDIOS AG arising from access to the elements of the website or their use is excluded.

OSLO STUDIOS AG is neither responsible nor liable for the content or functioning of linked third-party websites. The organization has no influence on the content of these websites. Consultation of these websites is at the risk of the customer.

3. OSLO STUDIOS AG as organizer / provider

3.1 Quotations / order confirmation

The acceptance period for quotations is 14 days from the date of dispatch. Thereafter, OSLO STUDIOS AG is no longer bound by the offers. OSLO STUDIOS AG reserves the right to withdraw from the offer for important reasons. After expiry of the option dates, OSLO STUDIOS may dispose of all services offered without further contact. After receipt of a signed order confirmation by e-mail or by post, the contract is binding with OSLO STUDIOS AG.

3.2 OSLO STUDIOS AG as organizer

If OSLO STUDIOS AG acts as the organizer of offers, the contract is concluded between OSLO STUDIOS AG and the customer.

3.3 Number of persons Event

We need the approximate number of people up to 14 days before the event. We expect the definitive number of people up to 72 hours before the event.

3.4 Drinks / wines brought along

The guest or the organizer undertakes to purchase the drinks exclusively from OSLO STUDIOS AG. OSLO STUDIOS AG reserves the right to sell drinks. Other arrangements can be made in this regard.

3.5 Technology

The technical equipment at OSLO STUDIOS AG is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

3.6 Opening hours

The opening hours are until 00:00 according to the operating license.

For all longer celebrations, we must obtain a permit from the municipality of Münchenstein. If a fine is levied for noise pollution, we take the liberty of charging the guest for this.

3.7 Cancellation costs

The following cancellation fees apply to full and/or partial cancellations due to the renter’s fault:

4 Intellectual property / intellectual property rights

The entire content of the website www.oslostudios.ch is protected by copyright. The owners of the protected elements are either OSLO STUDIOS AG or third parties who have consented to the use of the elements by OSLO STUDIOS AG. Visitors to the website are granted neither a right of ownership nor a right of use to elements of the website or to software, in particular no license to content protected by copyright or trademark law.

The content and all elements on the website may only be downloaded or printed provided that no copyright notices or other protected designations are removed and provided that the source is acknowledged. OSLO STUDIOS AG expressly reserves all rights.

5 Liability / Withdrawal

The guest is liable to OSLO STUDIOS AG for all damage and loss caused by him or his assistants or participants. OSLO STUDIOS AG accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to items brought onto the premises.

If OSLO STUDIOS AG has reasonable grounds to believe that an event or arrangement may jeopardize the smooth running of the business, the security or the reputation of OSLO STUDIOS AG, OSLO STUDIOS AG shall be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time without compensation.

The organizer cannot assert claims for damages against OSLO STUIDOS AG in all cases.

6. data protection

OSLO STUDIOS AG undertakes to treat personal data (data relating to an identified or identifiable person) in accordance with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation.

7 Common final provisions

7.1 Adaptation of these GTC

OSLO STUDIOS AG reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The currently valid version shall be published on www.oslostudios.ch and shall apply to orders placed from the date of activation. The version valid at the time of the order shall be authoritative.

7.2 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The contractual relationship between OSLO STUDIOS AG and the customer shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. Subject to a mandatory place of jurisdiction, the courts at the registered office of OSLO STUDIOS AG shall be responsible for disputes between OSLO STUDIOS AG and the customer.
