The event rooms at OSLO STUDIOS are based on a studio environment with precise acoustics and a technical infrastructure for hybrid formats. The room has a modular design and is suitable for presentations, panels and workshops that can be followed both on site and online. The stage, cameras, presentation areas and reception areas can be set up as required. The studios offer a closed framework that reliably supports clear signals, stable processes and the exchange between face-to-face and online participants.
Event hall
The event hall is the heart of the OSLO STUDIOS event spaces. A modular space for corporate events, presentations, cultural formats and hybrid events. Acoustically optimized, fully technically equipped and flexible in design.

Additional services for hybrid events
A hybrid event gains impact when all participants – on site and online – share a common experience. OSLO STUDIOS creates an environment in which content is created together. Spontaneous video or audio sequences, short play-in formats or moderated feeds can be produced directly in the room and seamlessly integrated into the program.

The event is recorded on film. The recordings are made by the internal video team and are then edited. The result is suitable for internal reviews or for documenting the event.

Start ProjectClarification of goal and format
The first step is to define what content is to be conveyed, how face-to-face and online participants are to be integrated and what type of interaction is desired. This results in the process, roles and technical requirements.
Selection and planning of the venue
Depending on requirements, a decision is made as to whether the event will take place in the OSLO STUDIOS or as a mobile setup at an external location. The room size, infrastructure and logistics are checked and coordinated with the hybrid concept.
Technical conception
Cameras, sound, lighting, streaming platform, feeds and direction are planned. An adapted production package is created for external locations, taking into account power, acoustics and lighting conditions. All signals and transitions are thought through in advance.
On-site facility
Cameras, sound, lighting and streaming infrastructure are set up and coordinated. All signals are tested. The moderators and speakers receive a brief introduction to the process, technology and handovers.
Test run and fine adjustment
A short technical run-through ensures that presentations, switchovers and image changes work. Processes are specified so that transitions remain smooth and comprehensible.
Implementation of the hybrid event
The director manages the image, sound, feeds and inserts. On site, the supervisor ensures orientation, time management and a smooth process. Online participants receive clear signals and stable connections.
Completion and provision of materials
After the event, recordings, recordings or selected excerpts are made available. Feedback and technical findings are incorporated into the planning of future events.
Can we hold the hybrid event only at Oslo Studios or at our own location?
Both are possible: we offer a fully equipped studio in Basel, but we can also come to your company location or event hall with a mobile control room and streaming setup.

The number of participants depends on the streaming platform requested by the customer and the existing subscriptions or licenses.
Can presentations be accessed on-demand after the event?
Yes, we can make the recording available on request within 24 hours as a chapter video, including slides and subtitles.
