OSLO STUDIOS organizes concerts and music events with a structured process for planning, technical set-up and support during the event. Preparation and implementation take place in our own studio or on site and are adapted to the requirements of the respective program.

Typical components are briefing, schedule planning, stage construction, sound and lighting technology, rehearsal support and supervision during the entire event.

The OSLO STUDIOS event rooms are based on a studio environment with precise acoustics and integrated technology for sound, lighting and video. The room is modular and can be set up for different music formats. The stage, audience area and backstage zones can be adapted to the schedule. The studios offer a closed setting that enables concentrated listening and supports live sets in a quiet, professional environment.

The event hall is the heart of the OSLO STUDIOS event spaces. A modular space for corporate events, presentations, cultural formats and hybrid events. Acoustically optimized, fully technically equipped and flexible in design.

Livestream

A livestream broadcasts an event to a digital audience in real time. The participants are online, follow the program passively and usually only interact via chat or simple feedback channels.

Event Video

The event is recorded on film. The recordings are made by the internal video team and are then edited. The result is suitable for internal reviews or for documenting the event.

Start Project

Clarification of format and requirements
At the beginning, the date, audience size, stage requirements and technical wishes are defined. This results in an initial concept for the space and schedule.
Planning of stage, technology and room setup
The team develops a suitable setting: stage layout, sound and lighting concept, seating or standing area. The artists’ technical riders are integrated.
Preparation and sound check
On the day of the event, the team sets up the sound, lighting and video. Artists receive a structured sound check during which mixing and monitoring are fine-tuned.
Implementation with technical support
During the concert, the team controls the sound and lighting unobtrusively in the background. The flow remains stable and focused on the musical performance.
Completion and handover
The event will be dismantled in an orderly fashion after the event. If recordings have been made, these will be prepared and made available.

How many people can attend a music event?
The event room is suitable for small and medium-sized formats. Depending on the seating arrangement, around 100 people can be accommodated, standing up to 180. The rooms can also be reduced for intimate concerts or showcases.
How good are the acoustics for live music?
The rooms are based on a studio environment with precise acoustics. The sound remains clear, controlled and suitable for different genres. Even at lower volumes, the sound is differentiated.
Can concerts or performances in the OSLO STUDIOS be recorded?
