Start ProjectAt the beginning, the date, group size and desired procedure are recorded. The event team clarifies the room set-up, technical requirements and possible additional services. On this basis, an initial concept is created with framework times and room usage.
The studio determines how space, seating, stage, sound, and lighting are utilized. Catering partners are coordinated and integrated into the schedule. Additional formats such as recordings, workshops, or internal communications are scheduled.
The event room is set up. Technology and presentation areas are set up and tested. Reception, checkroom and service providers’ work areas are prepared. The internal team ensures that the process is comprehensible for everyone involved.
The OSLO STUDIOS team accompanies the entire event. Presentations, program points and possible production elements are supervised. Live feeds, video recordings or audio formats are implemented by the production team.
Event videos, short formats, radio plays or pieces of music can also be produced. The studio infrastructure enables immediate implementation without additional service providers. The materials are edited and provided internally.
After the event, dismantling is carried out by the local team. Produced content is delivered according to the agreement. The client receives a final report on the proceedings and the booked additional modules.
