An after-show or after-fair event is particularly suitable for formats where discussions are to be deliberately continued after the end of the trade fair. Typical events include Swissbau, Art Basel, Design Miami, life science and pharmaceutical trade fairs such as ILMAC, as well as congresses and corporate events in the vicinity of Messe Basel. The studios offer a quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, where contacts can be deepened and the day can be brought to a structured close.

The event rooms at Oslo Studios are based on a studio environment with clear acoustics and a technical infrastructure for sound, light and video. The room has a modular structure and is suitable for open meetings, short program points and informal discussions. The stage, presentation area and reception area are set up according to the program. The studios create a closed setting that reliably supports exchanges, encounters and the transition from the official part to a relaxed get-together.
The event hall is the heart of the OSLO STUDIOS event spaces. A modular space for corporate events, presentations, cultural formats and hybrid events. Acoustically optimized, fully technically equipped and flexible in design.
The Bar & Lounge complements the event hall with an open, informal area. Ideal for aperitifs, receptions or relaxed events. Direct access to the outdoor area extends the range of possible uses.
The meeting room is a quiet working space for preparation, workshops or smaller meetings. It is suitable both for stand-alone meetings and as a retreat during an event.
The landscaped outdoor area complements the interior spaces with a quiet outdoor area. It can be used independently or integrated into the course of an event.

Start ProjectThe objective, format, schedule and expected number of guests are discussed at the beginning. Clarification of technical requirements, stage programs, catering and any additional services.
A room layout is created based on the requirements. Reception area, bar, standing areas, presentation zones and possible retreat areas are defined. The schedule is structured and coordinated.
Sound, lighting, projection and video are defined. Presentations, switch-ons or recordings are prepared. Test runs and technical checks are scheduled.
Catering options are determined. Delivery times, set-up and service are coordinated. If external partners are involved, the timing and access will be coordinated.
All elements are brought together in a final schedule. Support points, admission, speaker times and technical switchovers are defined. The team receives a complete briefing.
The room is being set up. The technology, bar and reception area are prepared. A brief technical check ensures that presentations, lighting and audio are stable.
During the event, a responsible contact person accompanies the process. Technology, room changes or spontaneous adjustments are implemented directly.
Dismantling takes place after the event. If recordings have been made, these will be made available. A short debriefing serves to classify and prepare future events.
The studios offer flexible room sizes for groups of 20 to around 180 people. Standing areas, bar zones and presentation areas can be set up according to format.
Sound, lighting and video technology is permanently installed. Presentations, short program items, moderations or switch-ons can be integrated without additional effort. Live recordings are possible on request.
Catering can be chosen freely. The studios work with fixed partners, but also support external providers. Bar and service points can be set up on site.
In addition to the main room, studio rooms are available for short discussions or smaller groups. These can be reserved in advance.
The times are set individually. Set-up, break, program and end are planned together. Later end times are possible by arrangement. The event location can also be rented for several days as a trade fair domicile.
